In short: We are a Swiss Tech-Startup and we develop an AI-driven computer vision technology to enable organizations to better understand their customers and audiences and engage with them in the physical world. Our team counts 40 young professionals and is drastically growing.

Join us as Customer Success Manager / Project Manager:

Your role...

  • You are the SPOC for your accounts
  • Define success factors for your accounts, take actions to reach them and track the progress accordingly
  • Ensure that your accounts are satisfied with us and our solution
  • Develop and grow our internal customer success tools and processes
  • Consult our customers on how our technology will impact their business
  • Analyze our customers' audience and visitor data, prepare reportings and derive data-driven insights and actions
  • Analyze problems and requirements, inspire our customers with the execution of workshops, create and test technical concepts and implement them together with the team
  • Develop, validate and improve our consulting offering

Your profile...

  • Preferably you have both a technical as well as business background
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the SaaS sector
  • Startup experience is a huge plus
  • SQL / Tableau knowhow is a huge plus
  • Excellent consulting skills and know how to advise customers in order to make their businesses more successful
  • Experience with marketing software is a huge plus
  • You stay on top of things even in hectic situations
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Highly action-oriented, result-driven and solution-focused
  • Strong Team player & lots of passion
